I have been going to the Irving massage store for 6 years. I Never had a bad massage. My only complaint is that I was overcharged for using a credit card for a purchase of $75.00. The charge should have been $2.62, not $13.00. Your sign clearly states 3.5 percent for credit card usage.
I understand having to charge an additional 3.5% for using your credit card, but where do you get off charging 24%? Is your staff just incompetent in using the calculator or just trying to run up the charges? I have no complaints about the massage I receive, excellent services. But STOP overcharging on credit cards. Unfortunately, other Chinese stores are doing the same thing as well.
