“I have taken my husband's shirts here before with great satisfaction but today I was blown away by the 10 star experience I had. I took my husband's shirt in to see if something could be done with the collar as it kept flipping up. The owner came out and spoke with me about the best way to fix the issue and gave me a way to do it. These days customer service has all but vanished. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.
