J Taylor and Cleaner is the real deal. Whatever comes up, they handle it — no excuses, no runaround. Friendly team, great communication, and they genuinely treat you like a valued customer. Highly recommend them to anyone in Dallas. JMA. I do not want to expose my email because afterwards I will get a lot of spam. JMA

I work with a lot of high-profile A/B list celebrities, who HAVE to have their laundry dry cleaned, with same day returns and who don’t care about turning in their laundry before 9am.

I called Liz at J’s, afraid I’d be turned away for the 3rd time, but Liz said, “no problem! I got you” and she literally saved my day. I’m the assistant who has too many random tasks to worry about in a day, dry cleaning , is now not one of them. Thank you Liz for being helpful; it means more than you know . :)
