I arrived right on time for my appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes to see the doctor so that was wonderful.
Now talking about Dr Mira Patel... she is a wonderful physician that went above and beyond and actually got me to do my pap smear that I was due for and that was an even the reason I went in and she also ordered some tests that I asked her for so I got to say she is a fantastic doctor as well as her nurse and the entire staff. I would recommend the Dr Mira Patel to anyone that wants a doctor that actually cares and a clinic that does not make you wait as long as you arrive on time

This review is not for the doctors/staff at the physical clinic. It is for the organization and how things are being ran.
Every time I try to call to talk to someone to schedule an appointment or have a billing question I never get through to anyone. It is extremely frustrating. And I believe you are probably losing patients from this.

My first visit to Dr. Lin was a physical, supposed to focus on preventive care. I had a list of several issues I wanted to discuss during my first two appointments. Dr. Lin was thorough to recommend the best preventive care for me, and addressed almost all the issues on my list as well. A nurse practitioner had told me I needed treatment for varicose veins, but Dr. Lin observed that I do not need treatment. I am glad to focus on more major, urgent issues for now. Dr. Lin offered me a couple of options for me to make some decisions for my care.
