Wonderful and very friendly staff, they know and are experienced in different types of salon products and services. Very clean place and not over priced like other salons. You don't have to wait long at all. Walk in welcomes for all services. It's a nice place.

This place has been my go to for eyebrow threading but lately these new hires have giving bad service. For starters, they don't bother to wipe your eyebrow hairs off your face or put aloe vera, which is something they always did before so I'm not sure why these new people aren't doing that. Secondly, I'm having to go home and pluck hairs they've missed so perhaps I'll be on the look out for a new brow place.

Not the best customer service but i honestly do not care since their prices are the cheapest i have ever seen and my eyebrows always come out perfect after threading. if they don’t, i always ask to fix it and they go ahead and do it! However, the hispanic ladies waxing and customer service is excellent.
