“Thelma at the MacArthur Blvd location gave me great service today. My sport coat came back from the central processing facility without the requested repairs being done. Thelma spent time moving buttons and resewing buttons which were about to fall off. I was going out of town the next morning, so Thelma’s help allowed me to go on my trip with a clean repaired coat. I really appreciate her attitude and abilities.“
