I have used them three times over the last two years. The online registration was easy. The results came back in 2 days. The last time I was tested was October and I noticed that they had far fewer locations than before. However, they always say where they are going to be. I just noticed that they get really bad reviews. My experience was totally excellent from finding them to getting my results.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of timely results this time. My wife and I were tested on December 21, 2021 and still do not have results as of December 28. The 1-800 number does not work so we sent an email. The email response was 3 days later saying they are working on the problem. We wanted to be safe in order to travel to see a parent who was recently diagnosed with cancer. This is totally unacceptable.
