I love the staff at CareAtc, from the lady (nurses) to Dr. Smith. I have not had no bad experience with anyone here. Every time I call or come in for a visit, they take care of me in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly, organized and always willing to assist me.

The staff and Dr. smith were kind and professional. They went above and beyond for me. For example, the secretary called a specialist on my behalf and set up my appointment. She even looked up my insurance info to make sure it was covered in network. Wow! That is customer service you don’t find anymore. In addition to that, Dr. Smith was very professional and polite. She address the issue I went for. I would highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work ATC!

Dr. Smith, the entire nursing, and front desk staff provide exceptional care. Dr. Smith will go over the details of your visit and allow you the time needed for any questions and/or concerns. They treat you like family. During this uncertain time of COVID-19, you could not ask for better care and concern for the health of our family. We received multiple calls from Dr. Smith and her staff, to follow up on our recovery. This type of quality care is given every visit. I highly reccomend Dr. Smith and her staff, as your healthcare provider.
