Air-Pro A/C & Heating provides prompt service with extremely considerate and friendly communication. The A/C is cooling so well after a long time of not working as well as it can. The company is strongly recommended to anyone who needs A/C service. Service has been timely and intentional, with a service plan that is always appreciated. Technicians are informative and thorough in assessing HVAC needs, with great follow-up and follow-through. The group is honest, direct, quick, friendly, responsive, fair, and a pleasure to work with. They came into a very tricky situation with an old home, worked so long, and had to think outside of the box to get things working. They really went above and beyond. Prices are fair and service is top tier. The team is friendly, professional, and not selling or upselling parts and service. The company has excellent selection skills for their technicians. In addition to being competent at their work, technicians were always polite and respectful. You can count on this type of service. Even on a Saturday, the cooling is working again. i’ve been in the facility management world for 30+ years deal, dealing with every kind of mechanical or other service provider in commercial maintenance and repair. When I found a vendor with such great integrity I stuck with them for a very long time because they are hard to find. When it came to a recent need in my personal life for some quick guidance and service on my HVAC system at home, AirPro came out, looked at it, fixed it, did it quickly did it with such great professionalism, and even showed me how to do it, )although I likely won’t ever touch it again). This is a fantastic group to work with if you’re looking for service on your home HVAC systems or if you’re looking to buy a new one it’s rare that you find a group that is honest, direct quick, friendly, responsive, fair, and just a pleasure to work with. I made a phone call one day to who I thought my regular A/C company had sold to and I was not a happy customer and got Scooter. Long story short, Scooter asked me to share my woes. This had to be a GOD-led call. I needed new everything. Scooter and Scott and the whole team worked with me and my whole family through getting the mold issues handled. I can’t say enough good about this company. A friend went in the attic after completion. His Dad had been in the A/C business for years so he was aware of how it should be. He said, “Man they did it right! It looks like “Star Wars” up there!” Also, Barbara (Scooter’s wife) helped my daughter navigate some very serious health issues caused by the mold…which is totally not her job. This Family-Owned business was an incredible blessing to our family.
