The staff is excellent at helping out thru the phone, last time I called to reinstate my insurance and Stephanie was great at helping me do so on the phone. Saved me time on having to drive to the location.

put down pmt for insurance. then never got email about pmt due so i forgot about it..i called today they said it lapsed yesterday and last agent put in wrong info thats why my pmt was so cheap. so not i have to put a new down pmt and cheapest ins they can get me for liability is 172 per month for a 2014..i have a 2018 and pay 97$ per month...so yes very high ins prices.. shoping around for better prices

Hell no !! They charged me to add another driver when they charg3d me z3ro . They charged me 400 dollars to add a car under liability insurance but they didn't charge me for the car before that . What's really going on . I am switching as soon as possible .
