Responsive and had no issues with the service. Had to have the entire operating unit replaced with track service plus remotes. Jordan helped coordinate the visit; team was there on time and provided great service. Did have an issue where the chain came unhooked- they came out and promptly fixed it. Have had the operating unit and service for going on 6 months and have had no issues. Would highly recommend.

This company installed our doors but is completely UNRESPONSIVE. They do not respond to voicemails. The only time I've ever talked to anyone is by "catching" them after continuous calling (3x a day). They are never apologetic and though they said twice that they will come out, they never do. It's been two weeks like this. Our track appears to be too wide for our door and the wheels pulled out of the track. The door was literally hanging by a thread so help was urgent as it was in danger of crashing down. I have even tried reaching out to the president to no avail. Other reviews look to be from before 2016. Not sure what has happened to this company. I definitely do not recommend them and will notify my builder.

My garage door needed a new seal, rats were getting into my garage!!! Dominique set me with with a new seal that works great for keeping the evil rats out!! They are the best and super reasonable!
