We couldn't be happier with our experience at Starmark, especially with Addison as our trainer. As 1st time pet owners with a very high energy pup, we were initially hesitant about boarding and training, but Addison immediately put us at ease.
Addison kept us updated with progress reports and photos, patiently answered all our questions, and shared helpful training advice that made a real difference. Our pup absolutely loves her, and the progress he made during his stay was incredible and apparently, he’s a joy to work with. 😊

My wife and I signed up for 5 sessions with the 6th session being free. From the beginning, Addison has been incredibly resourceful and helpful. She gave great information on orientation and her experience showed through the whole program. All sessions were completed as of this week and our dog has made huge strides since starting. We can’t speak highly enough of Addison! Highly recommend her at Starmark
My husband and I were referred to starmark by a friend for boarding while we took a week vacation. We decided to upgrade our dog's stay to a board and training program instead. I am very pleased with the progress made in the 2 weeks he was with them. Grayson's trainer/ new friend Ally seemed confident and knowledgeable about dogs and behavioral intervention. We are excited to reinforce what he/we learned so far and look forward to enrolling him in the next program.
The rest of the staff was very professional and friendly in the time we were there. I can't recommend anyone better, honestly.
