Roof Royale came out the very day I reported storm damage to our insurance company and immediately tarped our roof! I am so blessed to have had Tyler come knock on my door. My house was built in 2018. The winds in the area have gotten stronger. I have had shingles fly off multiple times a year, the last couple of years. I have contacted the original Roofers. They would come nail them shingles back down. I even put in a claim myself to get assistance in getting a new roof with my insurance company. However my house is too new for them to honor a new roof. Right after a storm and a whole lot of heavy rain we noticed a small leak on the ceiling of our master bathroom, and being a first time homeowner we were panicked! I reached out to Roof Royale and they were here the very next day. The owners immediately assessed the situation and made some temporary repairs to prevent any further damage. They also suggested we file a claim due to the damage on our roof as a result of multiple storms. They patiently walked us through the entire process and made it very easy to understand.
