I absolutely love this place! Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I only wish they were a primary care office. My urgent care copay is high, but it’s completely worth it for the level of care you receive. Shajjia Ahmed, N.P., was so caring and attentive, even following up to make sure my son was feeling better.
It’s hard to put into words how amazing Next Level Urgent Care truly is. I brought my husband in with shortness of breath and chest discomfort, thinking it was possibly pneumonia. After an EKG and chest X-ray, provider Shajjia could have easily treated him with a steroid injection since the testing wasn’t definitive. Instead, with her expertise and intuition, she felt he needed to go to the ER immediately.
