Thank you for the after report email. Everything you marked red has been replaced. Wipers and all four tires replaced. My daughter took the car for me and said they tried to upsell her on cabin and air filter. I explained that they inspect everything as a courtesy and inform the customer of the cars needs. I've always had a good experience and appreciate the efficiency of the staff. I will return.

The technician Kurt is absolutely amazing. He really went above and beyond for me and my Tundra. He will be the reason I return to Hutto Jiffy Lube. If you get a chance to pick a tech, he’s the go to!! Thank you Kurt! Cliff also deserves honorable mentions as he runs the place very kindly and is full of knowledge. Thanks again guys!

All of the service people were great. They offered me several things they thought I needed, but did not press the point when I declined. I appreciate that. I have been places where they tried to pressure me into buying "whatever".
