G & S Mechanical

G & S Mechanical has been serving the Greater Austin community since 2008, providing reliable HVAC services for both homes and businesses. This family-owned and operated company is committed to delivering quality and affordable heating and cooling solutions, including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and new installations.

Customers have praised the company for its quick response times and professional service. Technicians like George and Jeri have received particular commendations for their knowledge, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Many reviewers appreciated the clear communication and thorough explanations provided during service calls, which made them feel valued and informed about their HVAC systems.

However, there have been some recent concerns regarding customer service and communication. A long-time customer expressed disappointment over a lack of follow-through on repairs and noted a change in the level of service that had previously been consistently excellent. Despite these issues, many customers still recommend G & S Mechanical for its dependable service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Overall, G & S Mechanical remains a trusted choice for HVAC needs in Austin, with a strong history of positive customer experiences, though there are hopes for a return to the high standards that once characterized the company.
