Bought a used playscape a couple of years ago and had it "refurbished" by Centex who also moved it from the house I purchased it from and installed it at mine. Originally they quoted $1600-1700 with a max of $2500-3000 tops for the refurbishing if there was a lot of rotten wood. The owner waited until the playscape was completely installed to let me know it would be much more than expected - $5000 as there was a ton of rotten wood. I was not happy with this result as at this point I could have spent $3000 more on a completely new one. He made sure to tell me he only made 15% profit margin on the job which is less than his normal 25% minimum as if he should make any profit...read full review

We had a playscape custom built by Centex Playscapes. From the first meeting to the final product, Colin and his crew were great! This playscape has it all....tube slide, swings, climbing wall, fireman pole, and tire swing. With the high quality work that was done, our playscape is built to last. It is also nice to know that safety is a #1 priority for Centex Playscapes, as a parent I appreciate that. I love that my children unplug from technology and get outside more! Highly recommend!!!
