Santos and his crew also built out a custom box for a roll-down sun shade we had customized for our back patio. All work was done on time and to our expectations, which are always lofty. Santos was attentive to every question or perceived issue along the way. If something needed to be tweaked, he did it. We weren’t nickel and dimed during the process. “Jerry did a great job and has reasonable prices. He personally communicated with me throughout the entire process, even offering some helpful advise on another glass project I was working on myself. Would highly recommend him! Here's the repair process if you're interested:
a) I texted him some photos of the damage and rough dimensions of the opening and glass thickness
b) he texted me a written quote that evening
c) I confirmed I wanted him to do the repairs
d) he came out to the house the next day to take final measurements and collect a down payment (in order to pre-order the large sheet of glass)
e) he ordered the glass and called me when it came in from the glass company
f) he worked around my schedule and came out to install it in the afternoon
g) I paid him the balance due“

The quality of these windows is outstanding and Travis and his group were very respectful of my property and time.My next project was a door window replacement on a back door with a specialty glass. Beautifully done by Mr.Travis and he replaced with a blind inside the double window!The latest remodeling he did was my upstairs bathroom. It turned out gorgeous and he even built some cabinets in an empty space for me. Painted, built, repaired and replaced trim, fixtures, cabinets, door frames and mirrors.
