Ryan was amazing! This was our first time using him for or pre drywall inspection and absolutely not our last. He walked us through and gave his expertise on findings and how things should be laid out. He is very nice and gave us his honest opinion which is what you want from anyone but he was genuinely helpful and honest. The report that was giving flawless. Never seen a report like it and the explanation involved A1. I recommend using him on all your inspections.
