So ive been using this cleaners for awhile now. On November 11th which was a friday I took a suit jacket here to get cleaned. I asked the lady who was working if I could pick it up on Saturday and she said yes. Ok great. So today, which is 11/18, also a friday, I took a 3 piece suit up there. The lady working the desk said no way could I get it back the next day which was a Saturday. Even though thats literally what I did the week before. I even have my receipt which proves that I dropped it off on Friday and she continued to argue with me. I think she said her name was Melinda. Didn't necessarily come here for alteration or dry cleaning, I came to see if I could get some zippers fixed on my skirts. Cathreen was so friendly and helpful she referred me to a good spot that does great alterations. Will come back for dry cleaning just for the fact they have amazing customer service! Thank you Cathreen :)
