I currently have a frozen shoulder. I found her during the “freezing stage” and before I even went to the doc she told me she thought I had a frozen shoulder. I had never heard of it. She has a way of finding all the knots in muscles and patiently working them out. She’s kind, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had my first massage ever with Ruth. I was nervous but she was so nice and friendly. Showed me a brand new world and exactly what I was missing out on. Needless to say my next appointment is booked. I highly recommend booking with her. You will not be disappointed!
