“I first met Dr. Reva in the middle of the night in a time of desperate need. My 3 year old had been running a fever between 104 and 105 for going on 4 days. I came in to see her desperately seeking answers and a resolution. Dr. Reva, was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was very professional and she was the only one who was able to decipher my daughter's' sickness through non-invasive tests. I would highly recommend Dr. Reva.“

“Dr Hammonds is an amazing physician. He listens, does not rush you thru your appointment and provides thorough answers to your questions. He's been my only doctor for over 10 years, and even has the same staff. When there's little to no turnover in staff, you can feel confident that you've got the right place for your healthcare needs. Rarely is there even a fine minute wait at your scheduled appointment time, and refills on medications isn't a hassle. Friendly staff, quality office management, and you simply won't find another caring physician and facility that 'checks all the boxes'. Deserves greater than 5 stars!!!“

“What can I say. Colleyville family medicine is the best. The service is impeccable, from the front desk staff, MA, nurses, and doctor. Today I had an emergency. I went there unannounced which is not my norm. I was starting a new job and they needed a list of medical information ASAP. I needed to get that information as soon as I can. Chassidy Henderson is my hero. She was able to get the ball rolling in getting the necessary information so I can submit to my job. Usually from the front desk prospective, it's a, ok we will leave a message for the nurse etc. but not Chassidy, she went above and beyond, got the nurses and doctor involved and all of them realized my urgency and was quick to help. Dr. Hayes who is my favorite doctor came in and spoke to me for a quick second because remember I went unannounced and said she was able to get me what I needed today. Words can't explain how relieved I was, that the office pulled together to get me what I needed. From the phlebotomist, CXR tech etc. I am so thankful to all of you but it all started with Chassidy. Thank You!!! :)“

“The staff were great and my son was seen just shortly after his appointment time. We had some issues obtaining his prescription, it was a Saturday so I was trying to find a pharmacy that would be open in the evening. I was assured that a pharmacy nearby would be open despite me mentioning that it seemed closed on google. Turns out, pharmacy was in fact closed and we had to scramble and find one that was open on a Saturday night for my son with double ear infections. Called and was told I’d receive a call back. We were already 40 minutes from home with a screaming toddler, so I admit I was feeling a little impatient. Called again 20 minutes later, and was told that I had just called and they were busy with other patients but would call me back. Never received another call back, waited outside of this pharmacy for about an hour then they said they had finally received the prescription. Frustrating when this could have been avoided if they’d listened to me in the first place in regards to the pharmacy being closed, then I was made to seem like I was being ridiculous calling.“
