Dr. Ridley noticed an enlarged growth on the left side of my neck, a goiter I had been attempting to address with my endocrinologist through watching and intermittent fine needle aspirations for over ten years. I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.

During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails
