Dr. Ridley noticed an enlarged growth on the left side of my neck, a goiter I had been attempting to address with my endocrinologist through watching and intermittent fine needle aspirations for over ten years. Dr. Ridley recommended a specific iodine test and upon confirmation prescribed an iodine supplement. In just 9 months the goiter has shrunken from visible to barely noticeable!!
