My experience with David and his team echoes the accolades of other reviewers. David has given wise counsel, expert knowledge, and superior service throughout the last two years as we embarked on starting a new company. Their excellent guidance helped our company to solve a statement-of-work disagreement with one of our IT contractors. We were able to recover a substantial deposit (good faith money) that we needed to meet our contractual obligations.I have no reservation in recommending the Groce Law Firm. They are exemplary in every way.

I have been honored to know Mr. David Groce for 20+ years. He and his Law Firm have been completing my business and personal tax returns since 2002. Mr. Groce structured a revocable living trust for my family in 2004 and one for my mother in 2015. He also formed our family's LLC in 2006.
