I lost my AirPods at the Thompson in Dallas, and then they turned up at Gunn’s dry cleaning. Beth sprinted to save the AirPods from the laundry, and then spent multiple days and phone calls arranging them to get back to the Thompson, and ultimately me, safely.
I cannot believe the lengths Beth went through to get these back to me. Incredible. Absolutely astonishing service and care.“
