I love everything about Key Dermatology. The front office staff are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. The medical staff is incredible. Dr. Nguyen is the best. I drive over an hour just to see her. The back office staff is also terrific. Honestly I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
The receptionist and doctors were very nice. The doctors explained any questions I had. I came in to see what I could have done about my acne, and the doctor prescribed 4 different products to help, and they are less aggressive which is what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed that their other treatment options required birth control, and that there wasn't much discussion about what might be causing my acne, non medical ways to help, etc. It was a very quick visit so if that's what you're looking for they're great for that. Dr. Julie Nguyen is great! She is very smart, efficient, explains things well, is flexible and quite personable 😊. Was seen for the appointment on time. Everyone in the office smiled and thanked us. Great experience!
