This place is so good, they serve complementarily drinks, and the service is so nice. All the workers are friends and try to make a conversation with every costumer.
4 years. I do enjoy all services and usually pleased. However 3 months ago I was charged for service I did not request. This created a problem for me the paying client. Instead of addressing the issue at hand . I paid and left to not return. I miss the lady nail tech and returned. And was asked to remove my negative post. Without an apology and caring about my previous encounter. I will continue to utilize services. They are capable of providing top service just not 100%
I have been coming to Crystal Nail Bar for quite a while now. And they never let me down. The customer service is phenomenal!!! And they do outstanding work. It's nice to know that Tony knows my name and greets me with a warm smile each time I come in and loves the work that I choose the tech to do.
