She genuinely cares about each one of her clients. Before starting, she assessed my eyebrows, asked how I’d like them, and educated me about my natural shape and sparse area. I appreciated this because I knew I could trust her and I didn’t feel like just another number. And the thread she uses doesn’t hurt like some of the other places I’ve been to. “The staff is amazing and sweet. Alexa did my wax and she was AMAZING! She checked in every few minutes to make sure I was doing okay. She also spent a solid ten minutes tweezing hairs that were too short for the wax. Very detail oriented and very kind. I was super comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she really cares about the client and doing a great job. 10/10 recommend.“

She is truly amazing! And the hot stones have to admit I was skeptical but now would never get a massage without the stones. “It has been awhile since I have written a review about this place. I been going to this place for years.I had originally scheduled for April 1st to get my underarm and brazilian done. Guess I got my dates mixed up and arrived today, 1 week early. Jaime, the owner was avaliable and was able to fit me in despite my own date mix up. Jaime was able to get my underarm and brazilian done quick and somewhat painlessly. Dont get me wrong guys, you still do get some pain when doing a brazilian. However, Jaime was able to make it A LOT less painful. I had a few people ask me why I continued to do this over the past few years. To be honest, its to stay clean and it helps minimize body odor and to keep from getting swampy in the heat! If you are going to try to get rid of the hairs for the first time, its going to hurt regardless who does it. I would recommend Jaime do it for you to minimize that painful experience. After you do it a few times, the pain is not bad.“
