We had our downstairs air conditioning unit start giving us problems, of all days, a Sunday. We placed a call into Beckham and Jones. Justin was out within an hour. He did some preliminary work on Sunday and finished the job Monday. Very good service at a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with his work.

On September 15, 2022, Beckham & Jones installed a new HVAC system in our home. As everyone knows, AC is a Texas necessity but also a huge expense. My wife and I are retired, living on a fixed income, therefore really careful with our finances. B&J was not the least expensive bid but they were
competitive. We chose them for two reasons. 1) They were recommended by several of our neighbors. And 2) because of B&J's representative Kevin Skains. He was informative, personable, and most importantly, he listened. He was not pushing for a sale, instead acted more as a consultant making recommendation. I felt no pressure with Kevin.
