Mykal and Shanell made the whole experience so positive that I had my oldest daughter make an appointment. Even with extremely bad eyes, we were able to get 3 pairs altogether for less $800. Mykal is extremely knowledgeable and Shanell is a delight to be around.
I witness the most incredible moment with the manager taking care of a little boy who wouldn’t stay still. This lady went above and beyond to get him to do his glasses, she was so patient and so kinds and they laughed and giggled and she made it so easy for that family, everybody that was there was just happy to see this type of customer service. The location is great the staff is very pleasant, it was really busy on Saturday but that didn’t stop them from providing a great service.
