Even though I live at the opposite side of the county, the folks at Japonica Water Well have always responded quickly and have addressed my needs efficiently. Their service has always been stellar. The office staff has treated me with respect and patience.
Friday evening after Thanksgiving No water at 4 pm, called Japonica, Michael showed up at 5:30, fixed by 6:45. Great job guys. we are ready for our Saturday Thanksgiving tomorrow at our house.
