When I first started going there the service was pretty good, I don't know what happened they are pitiful now. if I were you, I wouldn't even look that way. The staff won't answer the phone they lie to you about calling you to go over your insurance and how much you pay out of pocket, the building is filthy. find another dentist office. I dropped West Lake Houston Dental like a hot potato,

This dental office is a scam!!! Trashy office ran by trashy old woman. The doctor is so far in debt that she makes patients wait 8 weeks for a permanent crown and then blamses the LAB when in fact it's because she doesn't want to pay the lab fees!! The place is covered in rust and dust. " Doctor " Burnett doesn't have her patients best interest, just hers. The old lady that runs the front is rude, and talks about patients when they call and ask concerning questIons. The old hygiene lady barely has any teeth and she's cleaning teeth??? WHAT A JOKE. I have been going to this office for years. The quality of the office is declining significantly. The areas are dusty and dirty with water spots in the ceiling. At my last appointment I used the restroom to brush and there was a strong smell of urine and the floors were filthy. Brandy Burnett has the worst attitude and gets offended if you question her work. Do not use this dentist. She is intentionally aggressive and has issues with properly serving client complaints. The hygienists and front office staff are polite, but they are aware that Brandy Burnett is the problem. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the state board.
