I had a great experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Cynthia! She was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the perfect match for my foundation, contour, and concealer. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made the whole process. Highly recommend asking for her!

McKenzie is my go to stylist and she has always done a great job. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and have strangers asking me who does my hair which happened again tonight prompting me to give a shout out to McKenzie on the Ulta site. I am appalled to see such a negative and hateful review from Angel Serna. This is a prior employee that I have witnessed harassing multiple employees at Ulta while I was getting my hair done. Not sure if he was fired or quit but am glad to not witness his ugly and negative attitude anymore when I go. It is very sad that he feels the need to still harass the employees that are still there.
