I came in with very long, straight and fine hair that was giving me headaches from the weight of it. I wanted to cut about 10 inches off and she did so great with keeping it a nice length. (About mid back) She did some layers and thinned it out at the bottom. She knew my hair type and what would look nice. It feels so much lighter and fresh in the hot weather here.
