Great place but there bed don't get the up keep on them the bulbs are not updated the humble location has two bed that get hot and the kingwood place has one bed that get hot

Called for detailed information & the person that answered the phone wasn't in the best of moods. She was short/curt with her answers & made me feel like I bothered her by calling.

Much better since they switched from darque tan. It took a bit to transition but I highly recommend the place now, customer service use to be horrible at kingwood and they've since stepped it up. I still prefer Humble though
