Dr. Briles and his staff are amazing. Each staff member is compassionate and truly listens to understand. Doc always takes the time to explain what is going on and his recommended treatment plan. The support he and his team provide to the rescue community is unmatched and they always make time in their busy schedule to work in a patient in need regardless of whether the animal is an owned pet or a new rescue intake. Canyon Lakes has saved countless lives through their support of the rescue community from the tiniest kittens to an emaciated Doberman, and even helped a sick chicken! My 16yo cat has diabetes and needs regular insulin and is in the vet periodically for bloodwork. She’s not particularly found of going to the vet and gives the staff a hard time. Dr. Briles and his staff have been extremely kind and caring making visits stress free. We are in and out in a reasonable amount of time with all our needs taken care of. I highly recommend them for your vet needs.
