“My daughter goes to Pretty Nail salon, and I was having a hard time finding a good-priced yet great product for my nails, mind you I live in Alaska. At her suggestion, I tried Ann and let me tell you what, I travel to Texas every 6 weeks not only to see my daughter but to have Ann do my nails. I am a flight attendant which I am always using my hands in my job. Never once has my nail every came off. The color she uses lets my nails grow out naturally looking. I can not say enough positive things about Ann, who is the kindest person and best nail person I know, and about the shop that is always clean, appealing, and smells great. She is normally right on time. This time I tried a pedicure by Jason, on loan from my daughter (lol), and he is worth every penny! My feet looked and felt great and the message was amazing. I will be adding this to my 6 week routine.“

I had T today for my full set and I am beyond happy. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and T was able to copy it exactly how I wanted! She was gentle, patient and perfect! They were super busy today and I think the salon handled it very well! They were very kind and apologetic to me when it wasn't necessary at all! This is the best set I've ever gotten. My new go to place now! I got a full set of acrylic nails with tips since my own nails are short, ombre with a design. Plus a removal of old nails. I paid $60 and I am happy with them! They offered me drinks multiple times and gave me a warm towel that smelled AMAZING for my hands. Later T got ahold of me to apologize again for how busy it was and that if I had any nail issues to contact them and I can get right in, and that to me Is BEYOND amazing service. The place was beautiful. Two tvs, fountains, cute decorations and SOO many nail colors to choose from. I'm taking hundreds and all displayed in books for each choosing. I will be back!“

“I love this place been coming for 1yr. I have referred others and even posted to my community page. I always use Vickie, she is so gentle and meticulous. Well she’s on vacation and I got Annie today, huge mistake never again. She was rough with my pedicure, I kept quiet. She starts my natural manicure with a drill and rough, I stay quiet. She grabs the tool to push the cuticles back and she’s so rough and pushing it forcefully and fast into my cuticle. At this time I ask her to please be gentle and you are hurting me. At this time she starts speaking in her language to colleague next to her. Next she grabs cuticle cutter and again rough and pain, next I’m bleeding. At this point I inform her again that she is hurting me and I’m not happy and don’t experience pain with Vickie. Instead of her apologizing and stop causing pain she goes to inform Peter to get someone else to do my nails. So I guess I was a problem child and expected to still quietly through a painful manicure. Manicures shouldn’t hurt. Yes I have bleedes here and there from and accidentally poke, but not pokes and pinches the entire time. I enjoy this salon and this is not to discourage anyone from going as I will still come. This is only to warn to stay away from Annie“

“I’ve been to the spa a few times in the past several years when I was here visiting my son. We have now moved to the area, and I was so disappointed when I stopped at their location and saw they were closed for remodeling. Today, I finally gave them a call and was so happy to hear that they moved locations and are open. The new location is beautiful! Ann did my acrylic fill and did a great job! Several times throughout the process she asked if what she was doing was okay. I couldn’t have been happier with her work, and the reception staff was very pleasant both on the phone and in person.
