Flooring near Huffman

“We recently decided to replace the flooring in all three of our bedrooms, and thought that we were going to be able to find the same tile that we had put down just a few years ago… after looking for several days and having no luck, I called Lakeside Floors because I saw a product that looked like it might work. Mind you it was nearly 5:00pm on a Thursday evening. Kenny answered the phone and I asked if he could stay a few minutes late so I could pick up the sample… he stated that any other time he would have, but they had dinner plans with his mother. Now mind you, he didn’t know me from anywhere, however he kindly stated that he would be more than glad to leave the sample just outside for me to come by and get it, even after hours. Unfortunately their sample wasn’t a close match either. The next day I visited the showroom to see if they had anything else that would work. They looked through all of their samples even reached out to all of their vendors to see if they could find a match. After a couple more days of looking, and no luck, my wife and I decided to just go back with carpet. Because of the time and effort Lakeside Floors had already invested in us, we gave them the opportunity to earn our business. Within a few days, they helped us pick a color, and listened carefully to what we were looking for in a carpet. We found a winner and they ordered it immediately. Carpet arrived and they scheduled our installation. Their crew showed up exactly on time and were done within just a few hours!! Quality work and we had no complaints regarding the end product.
