Novella Cooper was my service coordinator on 7/2/26. She greeted me when I walked in the door and asked how she could help. I let her know that I needed my driver's license and ss card loaded on my Work in Texas profile. I also needed help resetting my password. I let her know that I would need a chair to sit due to mobility issues. She found a chair and put me in a cubicle. I got laptop out and got her to give me a temporary login. She did, but I couldn't get it to work. She suggested that I close all my tabs I had opened. It worked I was able to login to Work in Texas.
