Unfortunately, I feel like I paid them for a service that was not delivered. I had issues with wasps in my backyard. I scheduled an appointment and the technician came out and shared lots of information as well as treatment options. After spraying the tech advised that he would note the ticket with his actions and recommendations. He then told me the call the office for a price on the recommended additional treatment. Well, the wasps are still here and when I called the office they said they did not provide the service that the technician offered. I have been using them for 6 years - and love that they remind me of when they need to come. I've never had a customer service issue with them. Had a spider infestation when I bought a foreclosed house - and haven't had a bug issue since. Several technicians have come to the place, and I've never had an issue with any of them. Yes- sometimes their automatic caller can be annoying - but all you have to do is call them back and say that you're not ready for treatment yet, and it's either flagged for a later date or removed.

I want to thank Cypress Creek Pest Control for always doing such a great job...recently I had a problem or so I thought....Ernie Wilson came out and did awesome work.....found out I have no problem and it was caused else-where which made my day.....I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Ernie as well.....you won't be disappointed....happy customer Elle Macaioni
