Solutions Pest & Lawn

Solutions Pest & Lawn, established in 1958, is recognized as the first do-it-yourself pest control store in the United States. The company has evolved from a local pest control service to a leading direct-to-consumer manufacturer of insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and equipment. Under the current family ownership since 2011, Solutions Pest & Lawn has built a strong reputation for knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Customers frequently commend the team for being upfront and not pushing unnecessary products. Many have found the information provided about pest control treatments, such as dealing with cockroaches and Clover Mites, to be very helpful for home use. Staff members, particularly Lance, have been noted for their exceptional service, guiding customers through various pest issues and making appropriate product recommendations. Lance has even gone above and beyond by reaching out to customers' pest control professionals to discuss past treatments, showcasing a commitment to customer care.

Additionally, an older gentleman sometimes visits on Saturdays to share his expertise and answer customer questions that may not be available from younger associates. Although there may be occasional challenges in staff interactions, Solutions Pest & Lawn continues to uphold a long-standing history in pest control, emphasizing a commitment to customer service. Many customers have expressed satisfaction with the support they received, especially in finding solutions for specific pest problems, including issues with indoor insects, wasps, bees, and fall webworm caterpillars. The store also offers great customer service, including matching online prices for products not immediately available in-store.
