I have used Paula at Whitehouse Electrolysis at least twice per month over the past six months and been extremely pleased with the service she provides. I've never had any of the trivial issues mentioned by Bee Sun in the previous review, and apparently neither has anyone else as evidenced by nothing but 5-Star reviews. Some people are just malcontents. Go ahead and try someone else. That leaves more appointment timeslots for the rest of us.Service: Ear hair removal

I love Ms. Paula. She is so kind and very good at what she does. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve seen her since Covid, but I will be returning soon. Prices are very reasonable.Services: Facial hair removal

I have been receiving electrolysis treatment from Ms. Paula for 4 weeks now, and I am staying hopeful about my progress. The procedure is much more painful than waxing, but Ms. Paula has numbing cream that I apply before she starts. Ms. Paula is amazing at what she does! She is so thorough with the plucking; she gets more hair than the wax ladies I used to go to. She is also very kind; this morning she worked on my face for an extra 15 minutes without charge. Although treatment is expensive, it’s worth all the penny.
