Based on customer reviews, West Gray Cleaners is a business that has been serving clients for close to 10 years. They have great prices, great hours, and reasonable pricing. The service is super fast, and customers can get their clothes next day without leaving their car. The staff is friendly. While there have been occasional streaks of unclean shirts, the percentage of messed-up items is very low, and no garments have ever been lost or damaged. The business is highly recommended for wedding dress cleaning, as they did an excellent job making a dirty gown look brand new and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. Overall, the service and pricing are excellent.
I am shocked to see the string of negative reviews! We have been going here for our laundry needs, regularly, for close to 10 years now if not more. Yes there have been occasional streaks here of unclean shirts there, but we literally drop off 30-40 items of clothing every alternate week, so I would say the percentage will be around 1-2% that was messed up. People tend to write reviews based on negative experiences but honestly West Gray Cleaners is not as bad as the reviews are chalking it up to be.
Love this place!!! They have great prices, great hours, and you don’t even have to get out of your car. They also are super fast and I’ve always been able to get my clothes next day. 10/10 will never want to go to another dry cleaners again!
Had been coming here for several months and now and the quality has gotten bad. A simple light starch on dress shirts will either be 1) heavy on the starch 2) a poorly pressed shirt with wrinkles or 3) a stained shirt. When I presented the shirts with stains and asked to remove the stains, the shirt came back with the same stain and was never removed. Should have looked and not picked up at their drive thru but wouldn’t have to do that if they did quality service. It’s unfortunate since they’re in a convenient location but I will be looking elsewhere.
