I had been to several places on my insurance and was disappointed with the service I received and the price even after using my flexible spending card.Having seen the commercials for Warby Parker, I decided to just check them out. I was amazed at the experience. The store was clean and well organized. The guy who greeted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for round or square frames, but the first pair he selected for me ended up being the ones I ultimately chose and they were neither shape. The entire process was easy from the beginning! It was nice they had same day appointments, and that you can schedule online. Eric helped us get checked in and select glasses after the exam. We appreciate his help and opinions. The doctor was very friendly and exam was fast. We were out of there in under an hour. Glasses take a few weeks to arrive.

I finally found the perfect prescription eye glasses! The process was hassle free. This place has great variety, and I was able to find the frames I had previously tried on online. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. I’m specially thankful for Kimberly, who patiently assisted me throughout the process.
