Thanks for your assistance with my glasses. My glasses were broken, they were twisted/ flipped in a bad way. One side was on my ear, and the left side of it was standing 3 inches above my ear. When I came to Walmart vision, Muhammad Jilani greeted us professionally. I explained him what happened. He then needed my consent to fix it cause there was high risk of it getting broken during the process. He fixed my glasses and was very professional the whole time. He is very patient with customers.
His work, customer service, and professional deserves 5/5 starts.
I visited the Walmart Vision Center today and had the pleasure of working with Mickey. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I’m notoriously indecisive when it comes to glasses, but she helped me confidently choose not just one, but two pairs of new frames.
What impressed me even more was how she managed to assist me while also helping an elderly gentleman at the same time. She remained patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience.
