Walden pond is a very safe place ,moderate apartment but not the best.some apartment unit dont have wash and dryer and microwave. The place is peaceful ans safe.the only problem is cockroach, too much cockroachs breeding, and some units have old model appliances and cabinets.so one may end up paying a lot of money renting wash and drier ,paying wifi.when one person decide to switch or transfer within the same unit ,they charge $500
Wonderful Apartment!!! The staff was very friendly and good energy made me feel welcomed!! Nathalia was soooo helpful if your planning on moving here ask for her..she was very helpful!
Nathalia was so amazing her energy is on point she is very willing to assist with whatever and she made me feel comfortable as it if I was already at home shout out to you nathalia I came and did a walk through and wow wow wow she is the reason I will be apart of this beautiful community thank you nathaliaaaa!!
