The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the location! We have been here going on 4 years and it was very promising at first! But we have had a roach problem since being here! We recently got new management and their only priority is getting new people in (everyone is moving out!) the pool looks like a swamp and the office has told us plenty of times that it isn't their priority! We have mold in the hall ways! Trash all around the property! The maintenance guy is probably the best one we had since we moved here but since he's the only one don't expect your request to done anytime soon! The laundry room (no laundry in units) only ever had one washer machine working at a time and they are filthy! You will end up paying more then they tell you on rent! Just think twice or don't plan on staying long! I could go on and on!
