The ONLY good thing about this place is the doctor that saw me, Dr. Fontenot. She is the reason for the "3 stars". She was VERY informative as far as what I needed to do to have the best vision possible. On the other hand, the wait time is HORRIBLE. The front desk receptionist are rude & dismissive when they answer the phone and that's WHEN they answer it, which is hardly ever. They do not respond to emails either. The ONLY way I was able to get ANY questions answered was to physically drive back to the office, which was a huge inconvenience. It's funny how nice they are when you are there, in person. Also, the selection of glasses that they have is underwhelming.
Lost the screw on my eyeglasses this afternoon. Cindy your a wiz. Thank you so much I truly appreciate you kind and quick assistance. I will definitely come back and refer friends to you all.Thank a million!!
