Excellent service from beginning to end. The team was amicable, communicative, and accommodating throughout the process. I needed all windows in my home replaced and they were able to knock it out in a day for a great price. The new windows look excellent!
Initially they were great. I had met with sales person to go over my needs and he had carefully answered all my questions and concerns. After going through several vendors, I decided to go with this company as they had offered the best offer (10 white windows for $4999). These windows were not hurricane rated but were high efficiency. Windows were installed quickly and so far has held up fine. I was told that screens would be installed shortly later as they were out at that time. I paid them the balance with the promise screens would be delivered and install several weeks later.
