About Vcare Clinics
Vcare Clinics offers a range of medical services, with a focus on affordability and accessibility. Patients have experienced long wait times in the waiting room, sometimes up to an hour, and costs for blood work can range from $40 to $90. Despite this, many reviews highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff and doctors, particularly praising Dr. Singleton for her thorough care and accurate diagnoses. The clinic is noted for its helpful programs, like the FIT test program, which has been life-saving for uninsured patients facing serious health issues. Overall, Vcare Clinics is seen as a valuable resource for those seeking affordable healthcare, despite some concerns about additional charges for follow-up visits and results.
Still haven't decided on the rating yet but I have a few things to say..
You will wait in the waiting room for maybe an hour. If you are getting blood work... Expect to pay $40 to $90 for your visit than when they get the results after a few days and they strangely can't tell you over the phone. So they will ask you to come in and you would assume you wouldn't get charged for the results no you're dead wrong.... You'll get charged $40 just to get results. They will ask you to come back every month... Spend $60 for blood pressure medicine for 30 days. Once it gone, I have to do it again? This is nuts.. I don't know where else to go without paying $60 to $120 for a visit...read full review
I visited Vcare Houston South West clinic. The clinic staff and doctor was very kind and friendly. I got a prescription from the doctor who took well care of other issue even I did not mentioned. Very affordable and almost free. Thank you so much
Thank you, VCare Clinic, for your life-saving FIT test program. My husband, who is uninsured, participated and had a colonoscopy that revealed a cancerous polyp. Thankfully, it was removed in time to prevent cancer.
This program is a true blessing for those without insurance. I highly recommend it!
